I have a 3.4L V6 '95 Firebird and I need opinions on a good combination of cams/heads/intake manifold..... what do u guys suggest????? As far as a budget goes, that's not very important I just want to hear ya'lls suggestions
Heads... Get a Port and polish job. Also 3 angle valve job will do. Get the intakes polished.
I have a crane 2030 cam going into my car, but there are plenty of cams out there for choices.
New:04 GMC Sierra 1500 RCLB 4x4 5.3 GU80 3.73\'s.
Truck pics
Mods
Go fast: Panel K&N filter and soon SS truck catback.
Appearance: Stull Billet grill,Weston Chrome step tubes,Rhino Chrome hitch step,ARE painted fiberglass cover,Silver star lighting.
I am wondering this same question. WHen I rebuild my engine, I am going to get the heads re-worked. But I would like to have a suggestion on cams. I aint gonna lie, I ant something that idles pretty rough, has decent low to mid power, and then screams on the top end. Also, if I get my heads reworked, and a nic big cam, and then finally install my headers and get the exhaust, would it be useful to do that LT1 throttle body body mod, even on a nice worked, N/A motor. I think it would. did tiago have that done, back when he was N/A. Thanks, ;)
