  • WIll anyone here do an LS1 swap for $$$???

I am curious if anyone close to where I live (Tempe, Arizona) would perform an LS1 swap? I am starting a family (career and school too)and I do not have the time to do this on my own. AndI don't have the resources to get another F-Body (Wife wanted the '03 Avalanche and a house; WHAT NERVE, LOL).

Anyhow, is there anyone in the Southwestern US that would be interested???? and have the capability?
I\'m getting too old to have to choke the **** out of you

Speed shops may be your best bet or call around, find someone that could do it on the side for a grand or so.

Wish I could help. I plan on moving out to Phoenix (got family there) but not for a while. Otherwise I'd do it.

Plenty of help here on the boards if you want to take the challenge yourself! We'll all chip in on that one - for free!

just make the V6 fast. everyone knows an ls1 is fast. plus after you pay for everything for the swap you probably could have sold the V6 and got a V8 car. I also live in AZ if you find someone to do it for a good price let me know. I would like to put an LT1 into my 68 firebird. thanks
