I found a nice cam for GM 60 degree engines and it lists 2.8 and 3.1 motors but I know the 3.4 is the same damn thing. Will it work or not? :\

The cam trigger and the cam position sensor send the signal to the computer to handle the ignition firing. Yes, it is a big deal.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

I believe that Tiago has that cam but isn't using it. You will probably have to affix some kind of notch to it so the computer knows the ignition timing.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

Don't 3.4's have a crank sensor?
I have herd that people run just the crank sensor.
I think it is a little button that sticks out, you will not be able to cut any thing in the cam.
Drill and tap a hole in the cam and stick a threded peace of steel or a round hex headed bolt in there and tack weld it on so it can't fall out.\'85 Z28, T-tops new LG4 and TH700
\'85 3.4L 5-speed
mods: http://www.cardomain.com/id/oil_pan_4 the nitrous exhaust O2 safety, pg 3.
Areo space materal engineer wantabe

So the consensus is that it will work. I am at this problem right now. I have asked several people about this, and they all said it will run, just be a little rich, and kinda bad gas mileage. But it will run good, and strong. Thanks.Jordan
15.09@90.7
1995 Camaro 3.4 M5
