Anyone rebuilt one?
Ive got a low miles 94 that started leaking exhaust gases out the EGR and found that one of the tork headed stainless screws had snapped off.
i removed the complete EGR and cleaned it .
Local auto parts store only had the lower EGR gasket
and didnt have the one between the stainless EGR plate and the cast iron one.
I now need 2 tork head screws and a intermediate gasket. Are these serviced by dealer?
I dont think I can get the lower EGR to exhaust manifold pipe off to block off as the bolts feel stuck real good.
the rest of EGR looked real good.
