I heard some guys talking at Autozone yesterday and one said that it's impossible to increase horsepower and gas mileage at the same time, that you're trading one for the other. Theoretically, is it possible to increase both at the same time? I'm thinking it is, if you increase the efficiency of the engine (VE for example.) Engine gurus, let's hear your input!
