so what do you all think of this idea....I want to rebuild my engine but i think if i chose carefully, i can produce a better output then doing in all thru Tom and supersix. I was thinking of this.....I would get the heads done by Tom, leave the stock manifolds, get an aftermarket cam that will deliver decent power, and the question is, if i were to do this sequence, could i additionally get the 1.8 rocker arms with the pushrods and forged pistons? or does he already use 1.8 ratios in his?

there is no point in getting 1.8 ratio rockers

with a custom ground cam you can get the lift whatever you want and save the 500 bucks the rockers would cost you

umm all tom does is heads and intake he dosnt build engins

umm you can get whatever you want put on them

what are you looking for a n/a, set up a nitrous set up ,a blower set up , a turbo setup?

answere that so we can help

also how high do you want to rev your engin, gears, converter? what more info on what you want out of your car

If you wanted to go all out (and had one heck of a budget) you could go with the GMPP aluminum 90° V6. Can be bored and stroked up to like 5.2 litres) Something would have to be fabbed to keep fuel injection because I really doubt it would accept the stock stuff but it would be very trick.

What's the reasoning for leaving stock manifolds? With a big cam you're going to want to get headers or at least get the manifolds extrude honed.
