I have been doing some research on cams. I think I have decided to get the comp cam 200/206 grind. I am going to replace the valve springs with some 105# comp cam springs. I was wondering if it is worth getting roller rockers. No increase in ratio, still 1.6, and I was wondering if it was worth the $400 they cost. What do you guys think? Also, do i have to get new retainers with the new springs?

would the stock springs last forever? cause i want to do this and never think about it again. would a small step up in springs be a good idea? cause i saw some comp cam 90# springs, would that be a good idea? (i think i saw somewhere that the stock v6 springs were ~60#)2000 pewter firebird<br />Short Throw Shifter, Whisper Lid, Whisper Ram Air, Holley Filter, B&B Triflo, LSD, BMR LCA, STB, PHR, and sway bars (32/21).<br />Power window conversion
