First off Ive been told not to touch the stock crank. Second you dont have to do every bore. If only one bore is messed up(small scuffing) than you could just fix that one with a hone, but I would think that if you have it pulled apart that far, why not.
Once you touch the bore's surface you need new rings, if the problem is deeper than a hone, it needs to be bored out, then you need new pistons, and to my knowledge you cant buy just one.
To me it doesnt make sense to just do one unless on an XTREME budget.
Reconditioning rods usually consist of checking for cracks, resizing the bearing bores and balancing them.

If you bore the cyl's you will need bigger pistons too. They should be good with just a hone unless there tore up.
A good Ballancing job is all ways good, one of the best thing you can get for your money all most more than any thing else.
A main reline is not cheap but if you mixed up the main caps or the old main bearing show ware the could have been caused by missalinement then do it.

here im sorry for so poor grammar im not great a typing. So far i well need
            1.Main bearings 75$
            2.Cam bearings ?
            3. Rod bearings 25$ i think
            4. hone cylinder it really just has some water marks like a liittle trace of rust were the head gasket might have been leaking either the head or gasket ?????
5 im not great with cranks but there are bearings on them to right, only one is scuffed up so thats why i thought i would have to get it ground down but if i can just by new bearings for the crank that would be great ????
            6. Need block and head tested for cracks
            7. New piston rings 100$ GM
i plan on doing as much as work as i can so ill be putting the block togther so if anyone knows if i can do all this for trying under 800$ for parts&labor

                For $800?
Just set aside $700 for machine work alone, because you never know they might find bent valves or your deck or heads might need to be milled
The crank bearing are part of the block (they dont spin) and the rod bearing are part of the rod because they don't move with the crank, they should stay put as if they were part of the rod.
