then i plan on adding LT headers if they make them.... a cut out, Cam, tune and 3500 or bigger convertor...

Does this sound good?? Will it be worth it??

we can't tell you what you'll lose by taking out weight without knowing what you weigh now. my estimate would be 3100 lbs without driver... that's where i'm at now and i've done basically the same weight reduction. you might also look at an odyssey battery and removing your front bumper supports... there's lots of weight to be taken off in the front of the car, which is a great spot to start.

i like your thinking with intake/exhaust, gears, and tire first, but you should also consider some suspension upgrades like LCAs and a torque arm. from there i would go with a converter and tuning and you'd easily have yourself a mid 14, maybe a low 14 if you play your cards right. there are two cars i can think of that have done nothing mostly drivetrain and suspension mods (with the proper tuning; one has gone near 14 flat and the other is in the 13s... that's without cracking a single gasket in the engine.

there are currently no longtube headers available for the consumer, but it would be somewhat straightforward to have a set custom built as long as you allow yourself a LOT of time and effort in test fitting and measuring.

if you stick with modding your V6 longer than that, congratulations. you've made it further that most.

by ls1 driveshaft you mean an aluminum drive shaft, correct. aluminum driveshaft is a nice upgrade.
