can i run 1.8 rockers and the gt2 cam safely without any clearance issues.. will it yield and power gains?? Im just not aware of how cams act in these motors.. I have always been stuck on LS1's... I own a cam only (baby cam) LS1 that runs 11.85 @ 116 DA 3000ft so im used to big gains...
Without porting its one or the other. If you get some ported heads to handle the big lift, get them both but make sure you get some 105# springs...1.8 rockers plus GT2 cam the LS6 springs probably won't cut it at high rpm use.

so, we could go to Abbott for some ported heads.
or we could do it ourselves which would take 10-15hrs, and we might not do it perfect.
i think zzp has some stage 3 heads.
Abbott needs to come out with some lightweight high performance ported heads.

Ls6 springs are good it's just when you have that much lift they won't be able to take it at high rpms. You'll need something stronger.
