yeah I know going to high will do that. But remember the powrer band goes a little higher int he range when you open up the exhaust.
i doubt I will be going anywhere near 6500. Just looking to see my limits, so I can try things out.

Stock valvetrain + steep ramps + 6500 rpm = still ran fine.
You might experience valve float, but it won't hurt anything unless you have tight clearances between the piston and valves and make contact. Nobody else has.
Power will probably fall of a bit though without a cam.
