    Cam opinions

    Does anyone have any experience with this cam? If not, what are some other cams you would recommend?

    Xtreme Energy L36 Cam 2 Specs:
    - Duration at .050 = 201 degree intake/205 degree exhaust
    - Intake Lift = .312 (.496 lift with stock 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
    - Exhaust Lift = .300 (.480 lift with stock 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
    - Lobe Separation = 112.0

    do you have modified valvetrain? NO? are you going to?
    zzperformance has good cam
    is this for n/a? or FI?

      Weak cam. Don't buy an off the shelf cam from Comp.

        i know one person who has it and they regret installing it because it's so lame.

        their split blower grind is okay... sort of close to the abbott NA cam.

        look at intense, ZZP, or abbott's websites. they have plenty of cams with a little more spine than the comp cam you listed.

          you probably want your cam to be in-tune with other plans/mods (FI, nitrous, N/a)
