engine swap

[93rzcamaro]

i have a 93 rs camaro with 3.4l v6 obviously.. but i also have a 91 s10 with a 4.3l v6.. is it possible for me to swap out that engine and install it in the camaro.. ive pulled engines out of trans ams.... and ive pulled the engine out of my rs.. so whats the possiblitlity of this any help would be appreciated.. thanks

you'd need a lt1 crossmember with some custom motor mounts to put that 4.3 in your 4th gen

stay with the 3.4l those 4.3l are dogs, if you really want to swap and your going v6 to v6 might as well go 3.8l it will open up your options for performance alot

If they have vortec heads, they're not dogs. I've seen them some make over 400hp on an engine dyno.
