Ok my 3.8 has 95k on her and she still runs great but I want to build another. Yeah I know why not just throw in a 5.7 but I want to build this one, better than the first. I know my way around an engine I just built a 383 for my truck. My question would be is what are some options for our 3.8's that will allow it to put some decent HP & Torque numbers up and still keep it sensible. Do they sale stroker kits? Could I get some different options from you all that have built this engine. Another question can a 4.3 fit in our setups? I have access to a used 3.8 for really cheap but I also have access to a 4.3 as well. Let me know what yall think.

they make a stroker but its only good from NA power a 75 shot broke it... they are coming out with a forged stoker crank some time but its not going to be cheap

alot of people build there motors, but dont build there crank or any bottom end, tranny nothing. so be prepared, if your going all out, the stroker that is out for our cars sucks, u might as well keep what you have now, or better yetlike it was mentioned, there is suposed new forged stroker coming out.

there is a company doing a forged stroker for our cars. I think it was in Australia or something but they might have a California location to or something. I can't remember the name.

Well in a reply to BLLDOGG, I have searched but its kinda hard when your asking opinions in a search. As for the other info passed thanks!! I totally agree about being prepared when building cause the crank is were its at. I put an entire forged bottom end on my stroker and she is MEAN!! but I did fail when I put the heads on I used some cheap gaskets and Im paying for it now Im just glad it was a cheap fix.
