• Forged 3800 Series II Rods...

Well since I let the cat out of the bag over on club gp, I figured I might as well let you guys in on it too Forged rods for the series two are available, albeit in L67 configuration. For those of you wanting to upgrade your rotating assemblies this is what you've been waiting for! Specs are in the thread over there so I won't double post. If you have any questions let me know!

And then you mouth off and call other people "kids". What a superb Tool.

This looks like a damn good option to build up some strength in FI motors. Good eye spotting this. Matched up with some nice forged pistons it should be pretty stout setup for close to a grand. Whos gonna be the first to do it??

in the picture shown the rod doesnt look forged to me.. It doesnt give a description of the rod on gm parts direct.. They are L67 rods so you would have to use l67 pistons.. do they make high compression pistons for the GTP's??

I emailed Gm parts direct and they said that those rods are cast iron.. They also told me they wont work on our cars..
