  • TBspacer and Pullie

Just order a TBspacer and underdrive WP pullie. They arn't any trickey to install or anything like that? Just need to take off the belt and some screws for the WP. And just need to do some screws for the TBspacer right?

Have some extra water handy (not tap water) to replace the coolant that leaks out. And don't forget to bleed the coolant line.

    (Should be in General Tech)

Could you give me a link on how to blead the line? Cause i didn't even know that i would have to do that, i thought that it would just be a straight bolt on, like just some screws.

Whats the point of a TB spacer on dry intake systems again?

Keep the TB colder, allowing a denser air charge into the engine.

I'm skeptical as I see this mod would be about as effective as a !MAF or coolant bypass on a 3.4

Well i have a 3.8L so no help there. But the princibles on it are sound and time proven, and it is cheap so i might as well try.

I can vouch for the TB spacer. You won't get any real noticeable power gains from it, but mine has probably already paid for itself. After I installed mine I started getting 2-3 more miles per gallon, and the way gas prices are, it's a damn good investment.

Ender, the TB spacer comes with very easy-to-follow install instructions. It took me about an hour and a half, and that's counting the time I spent Seafoaming my TB, which I highly recommend while you've got it taken off anyway. Just be sure to pull the MAF sensor out before you do :D
