Any help and suggestions would be greatful. I am trying to find cams, but they all seem to be for the 3.8. That is why I've asked this question here.
There are actually a lot more shelf cams out there for the 3.4L V6.

ok time to revive this thread. i got a set of heads to start rebuiling and i'm going to polish the intake and exhaust ports as well as the combustion chamber myself. but since i'm doing this what are my other options? should i increase the size of the combustion chamber for any sort of gains? would this help burn the mixture better hence pass smog? also should i port and polish the heads? the lift is only going to be .448/.472 so if its not necessary for any of this work i dont wanna do it. i need 15 hours of work for my senior project and i figure rebulding heads and installing them with a new cam should be 15 hours...
