go drive that beyotch all over the place and take it upt to Morrosso!
My VIN's last 6 digits are 204146. According to the printout I got from my GM dealer, that 204146 is the production number. My door says the car was built in 9/93 however. Were there really over 200k 94 Firebirds built by that time, or is it more likely my car is production number 4146?
Also, quick question on the cam. I'm looking at Crane's Website for a cam and I see the 2030 (#2 listed)
I was looking on down the page, the cams it says for non-computer controlled? the (#4) H-260-2 specs look identical to GM PerfParts cam in their 3.4 crate motor. (204/216 - .427/.454) Would this cam or better yet, the (#5) H-272-2 cam (216/228 - .454/.480) be suitable for our cars? Or does "for non-computer controlled" mean it won't have that position-sensor tab or that these are too aggressive to work in our cars?
In comparison, the cam that Super Six Motorsports specs for their PowerPak is 212/212 - .440/.440 which seems a bit weak compared to Crane's. Also why would they be using the same amount of lift for intake/exhaust where stock and Crane use more lift for the exhaust?
What spec of the cam will give the motor that "lope" at idle? Is it the seperation or a combination of the lift, duration, seperation?

Sorry for all the questions.

The lobe seperation will give you that lope at ide. The powermax 2030 cam has 109 LSA. I like the idle on my cam . Its not too lopey but it lopes good enough for me.
2002 Grand Prix GTP- FWI Intake , flowmaster 40\'s ,3.4 pulley , and Intense racing PCM.
94 3.4L camaro -Lots of mods!
I think swapping in an LT1 would take more than $3,000 unless you can find all the pieces very cheap. It's not just the engine but transmission, PCM, wiring harness, accessories, exhaust, etc.
Hello every one, ozzy here ive been looking at this page for weeks now finally joined. So my question is why is it that every turbo build forum just ends...
Just ordered some Toyo 315/35/17 tires for my 17x11 rims. Hopefully I can get them on the beginning of next year. Will post pics.
