Originally posted by T-Punk: motor mounts i think are the exact same. the only problem is you cant use the stock m90 you must get the one from holden. after that i dont think there would be too much trouble. its not worth it though, there are so many better ways to go :cough: turbo, :cough:.

thers some pics,I thout about getting a 3.8 just to do that... but I like my 3.4 too much:D
with enugh mony you can rebody/reframe anything
I like the pics Wolf, but I don't think you are getting my idea. I asked if you can put the l67 in SIDEWYAYS, and run a gm 4 wheel drive system. I think there are enough parts in the GM bin to interchange without having to hack up the car. </font>
I get what your sayin, you could use the equinox/satun vue front suspension those are 4wd with the motor sideways.... you would have to hack the car up plenty tho I promise
I was just showing you a methoid to use the l67 with your current drivetrain </font>
Yeah but who has actually put an L67 into a camaro or firebird? It looks simple but what about motor mounts and such. It seems to me that all someone would have to do is fabricate a 90 degree inlet tune for the back of the blower and run the throttle body and piping in front on the blower, instead of everything being in the back </font>
motor mounts are the same, and the supercharger isn't any taller than the stock intake

I hope you are talking about the Holden SC v6, because an L67 will not clear the engine bay by itself, this is an age old fact. </font>
unless the pully hits the hood it should fit... from looking at thel67 & rwd l36 at the junkyards the sc sits alil lower than the stock intake

no, it doesn't, it would hit the cowl in the back under the windshield. Take some measuments and you will see what i mean, not to mention i think the lower intake might be a little higher for the m90 as well (this i could be mistaken on)

if thats the case than you can modify the motor mounts to drop the motor 1/2 in or so

good luck with it if you go this rout, you will have to cut into your firewall to get the intake to have room to turn around if you dont have the holden version. A turbo or centrifugal SC would be much more cost effective but if you want to be different go for it.

the only hope i can give u is...i know someone who turned there engine in an escort sideways...and is converting it to RWD it will run nines once its done....but it is possible if you know what ur doing and if everything fits....his car is all drag and tubed out but i know anything is possible with money
speed costs money, question is how fast can you afford to go??
You cannot do the S-10 idea might be able to do it off anothr vehicle but even then you are DEFINITELY going the out the *** ungodly expensive way to get it to work on a camaro.
The Holden L67 is the better of the ways, whle back I was trying to get a guy that deals with holden stuff to import a few holden L67 chargers.
