How much hp can the stock pump/ injectors handle? Also, if i wanted to go with bigger injectors....what would be the easiest solution for a '00 firebird? Thanks.

the stock pump can flow almost as much as aftermarket pumps. the stock pumps durability is in question, however.

as for the injectors...welcome to the club. as of yet there is no 'quick swap' solution for the 2000+ fuel rail nor its injector harnes.

the fuel rail mounting feet need to be shortened 4mm (mounting holes re drilled, etc.) in order to take bosch style connectors. on top of that each injector elctrical plug needs to have a bosch style connector spliced in.

i hate to use the search word on you...but this was covered just a few weeks back. i don't have the link handy right now.

Believe me, I searched for well over an hour on this. But as with so many other posts on here, you can't get a straight answer. Most of what I found was speculation and nonsense.

there is no answer for you because there is no answer. we have a proprietary fuel rail and proprietary delphi multec2 injectors. any injector swaps on the 2000+ v6 require mods to the fuel rail and injector harness to incorporate bosch style injectors...of which there are many sizes.

we got cool exhaust manifolds and easily moded air intake systems as well as nifty front fender heat extractor ports but kinda screwed on injector options.
