  • OBD1 to OBD2 conversion

I'm about to begin swapping in a 3.8 liter m5 into my 3.4 liter a4. The 3.8 is obd2 obviously, and the 3.4 is obd1. I have the complete engine wiring harness and computer for the 3.8 along with the ENTIRE chassis/dash harness. I realllllly don't feel like swapping out the entire harness, is there a way to just convert a smaller portion of it, the part that connects to the computer harness, to obd2 and put the port under my current dash? Like i'm swapping dashes anyway, but i don't feel like having to make my power windows and locks work with the non-power harness and alllll that crap. If anyone has any ideas or input that'd be cool. thanks
    ~Tom
