Will changing the 1.5 rockers on a 3.4 to 1.6 rockers with a stock cam cause me to fail emissions. With this kind of mod I just have to pass the sniffer since it's internal. Just looking for one more way to beat the system. :D

Put them on after you get checked and you can have a free year of rockers.
Keep the old ones, replace them if you don't pass next year.

You have a point oil pan 4. That's it their goin on. Hopefully it passes. I'm too lazy to pull them off everytime I have to smog.
