Zoomer recommends either the VS Cam with a TB or a some of the stage 1 package.
Due to past struggles with high installation fees, I'm considering the TB and the Rocker Arms.
The rocker arms are 1.9 but the VS Cam is set for a 1.6 ratio. Will the VS Cam be useless once I get the 1.9 rocker arms? Pretty clueless to internal engine mods, any help is appreciated.

At 1.9 that is .598. At the very least your are going to have to modify the heads so that the seals won't get pummeled. I think you start running into that problem at .535 or so. That is assuming you have the valvetrain to support it and that you have sufficient piston to valve clearance.
You may not gain a whole lot with lift that high. At some point you stop seeing a benefit with lift. That depends how much the heads flow.
Basically, I wouldn't advise it unless you really know what you are doing.
Hello every one, ozzy here ive been looking at this page for weeks now finally joined. So my question is why is it that every turbo build forum just ends...
Just ordered some Toyo 315/35/17 tires for my 17x11 rims. Hopefully I can get them on the beginning of next year. Will post pics.
