like they said, no O-ring, and just because they are aluminum doesnt mean they will flow more than an Iron head. The advantages of aluminum heads is they can be fixed, ie. welded, unlike cast iron. You can weld cast iron but it is very expensive. its not that they are alumnium that makes them better, its because they are a much better designed head, they will flow more unported than a fully ported iron head

Will those heads work on a 3800II or an old school L32 v6?
