Well, first of all I wanted to say that this is not caused by me just having a filter on the throttle body, this has been going on for a while now. Whenever the car is cold and I start it up, the RPMs go up near 1100-1200 (which i guess could be expected since its cold) and it wavers a little, but what bothers me is that the engine kinda chugs and coughs like its having a hard time running, it usually goes away within 4-5 min of idling or if i put it into drive and start driving away it'll stop, but it's really got me concerned, any help would be appreciated!

Also forgot to add, when I slow down to a dead stop pretty quickly, before downshifting, sometimes the tranny will go pretty darn low into the rpm's then shift down and they go back to where they're supposed to be, any thoughts?C. It sounds kinda like you have a vacuum leak.
I accidentally knocked the vacuum tube loose on the TB and my car did the exact same thing and actually stalled out a couple of times with my manual.
Check the line on the TB first and try to listen for a hissing sound.1996 Silver Camaro, Y87, M5, cammed..
N/A Best Time: 14.012 @ 98.59
195 rwhp / 233 ft-lbs b/f heads/cam
Check out my site http://silver3800.cz28.com/
