the first is 114 Ls with .500 lift 220intake 228 exhaust at 5500 rpm it makes peak power of 283 and peak torque is at 3500 rpm which is 311. the next cam is .500 lift 112 Ls 214 intake 218 exhaust it makes peak power at 5500 rpm of 270 and peak torque at 3500 rpm of 310. this cam has a broader powerband with more negative overlap. the 114 Ls cam makes more top end power. since im running nitrous once in a great while, and a decent shot 100+ which cam would be best? i also want it to be real sweet for n/a runs? please help me out. if you choose one over the other please explain your reason for picking that one.

114 will be better on the engine for Nitrous use.
The 112 cam will make more power NA.
You can't have the best of both worlds.
What records are you looking at breaking? N20, go with the 114.. NA go with the 112.
Also, did you read those posts on clubgp.com.. boring .010" is only worth 1CI. I don't think thats worth it.Keith - Chicago
HP Tuners - PCM Reprogramming
97 Firebird V6 to LS1 swap
V8 9.967@132.78 1.322 60\' NA Heads/Cam
V8 10.295@128.48 1.363 60\' NA Cam Only
V8 10.987@119.31 1.422 60\' NA Stock Internals
V6 13.674@98.22 NA
V6 12.394@104.91 N20 100HP

Just buy a compcams one from grandprixstore.com
L36 Lobe Specs
206°/212° at .050"
Intake Lift .320" (.512" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
Exhaust Lift .325" (.520" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
113 Lobe Separation
Its the best of both worlds, and they have nice dyno graphs of it kicking *** and taking names with stock heads.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro

I would upgrade the springs though, you don't want stock soft springs with that much lift!2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
