My friend has one on his '96 Chev Pickup, he can increase shift points, correct for speedo for gears or tire size and raise speed limiter, increase shift firmness and of course the power tuning. Thats about what it does.

What's your tire height? Set the HPP3 for 24" tire and it will fix the problem assuming your tire height right now is 26.1" or smaller.
