I'm lookin at getting a VS cam from zzperformance. I know it won't give me a ton of power, i know i could get better, but this is the cam i want right now. i was wondering if I need or should replace the valvesprings, retainers, lifters, and pushrods when I do the swap? which upgrades are required, which would be suggested upgrades, and which would be good 2 put just just cuz?

all you need is the install kit. if you do a search ironman24 list evrything you need. this cam is reccomend for stock valvetrain and heads, also you might want to consider the GT cam. specs are pretty close to the "vs" but it has more n/a performanceComment
