from what i am gathering you need to do a case learn, if you do a cam swap basicly is what it comes down to if you are getting missfire codes P0300 because you remove the front cover and the crank postion sensor or also if you swaped a PCM it could cause it too.
You can only do a case learn basicly at a dealer with a scan tool.
