Would roller rockers from a 3.8 Buick Grand National fit on a f-body 3.8? What about the valve covers?

I don't know about the rocker arms, but the valve covers won't fit,the 3.8 has perimiter bolts and the 3800 has center bolts

No, NOTHING from a GN will fit. These are two COMPLETELY different engines.
