well I know one thing that is really tiny is the inlet from the egr. It is less then half the pipe that goes to it.

I was hoping the intake was not that restriced, looks decent but i have only really torn apart 60 degree V6s, 2.8L or 3.4L. And a 2.5L 4banger, but thats a complete different design.

Maybe i will.

here is a a question, compared on the 3.8L, is SuperSix aggressive on the porting? With the cam i was thinkign a custom grind was n the way.

of course this only comes along if I get a response, on a nice find of a motor for sale. hopefully the place didn't get rid of it yet.

hell even if SuperSixx is to rich for my blood, I'll go buy a dremel

i personally think the intakes are very restrictive our tb is sooooooo small but thats just me the heads have allllllot of room for inprovment they are very restrictive so with re worke intakes heads and maybe a new cam you will def. feel a big diff. the steve actually laughed at how restricted the heads where he has not seen the intakes yet i will tell you what he says ;)

Wow I didn't realize there were so many people wanting to build up the 3.4
I assume most people know that newer 3,4s have slayed valve aluminum heads that flow much, much better than the cast iron heads.....
know before some of you jump me and tell me it cant be done..

(try to guess witch poster is me :D )-besides,us 3.4s need some advatage over the 3.8 ;)

cool i just thought i would tell you that you can not run a roller cam on a 3.4 with out major modifaction cause the oil distribuition is not suffecient enough for the cam and it just burns out :(

You really need to do the heads first and get flow numbers from the head work so that when you get the custom grind cam, they can grind the cam to your head specs for top performance.
