  • Valve Chatter?

Do any of you guys know how to get rid of valve chatter? Is this because my rocker arms need tightening, if so how do you tighten the rocker arms?

If you have valve chatter on a stock heads/cam/rockers motor, something is probably wrong or broken.

My engine stock was VERY queit.. now with the comp cams XE camshaft its much much MUCH noisier.

that 'CHATTER' may be lifters. Try a bottle of CD2 from AUTOZONE, add it to the crankcase and wait a couple hours.. worked for me.

I tried the CD2 and then switched to quaker syntech blend and my lifter problem was fixed...
