its very true of course in conjuction w/a cam, you need the cam to take advantage of the extra flow of ported headsBlack 1998 Pontiac Firebird A-4 swap
271.4rwhp/259.4rwtq NA
13.30@102.44
www.freewebs.com/wickedsix98

my stock set flowed:
lift cfm
100 55
200 114
300 256
400 177.5
450 184.7
500 185.9
550 186.2
600 188.9
and just like anything, all flow benches are different and heads will flow more in sea level conditions, supersix shows stock heads flow 200 at 500 lift i thinkBlack 1998 Pontiac Firebird A-4 swap
271.4rwhp/259.4rwtq NA
13.30@102.44
www.freewebs.com/wickedsix98
