    I just bought a set of TR55s at .05 and taylor 8mm wires, should I set the plugs to the factory .06 or leave them be. Also, is there any performance gain in overgapping and using premium gas?

    I would set them to .06. If you are not using any kind of power adder there is no reason for you to gap them smaller at .05. You might see a performance increase by using a larger gap but I but the gain would be so minimal probly not worth the risk. Gap them at .06.

      oh and the taylor wires are very nice. I put mine on a few weeks ago. Very nice wire.

        I installed both the plugs at .06 and wires last week to try to fix a misfiring issuse and still have the problem. I took it to my mechanic to have him read the error codes and he doesn't know what to do
        He tried changing out the coils and ignition module and it is still misfiring, any ideas??

          If you have access to AutoTap or another scanning software, you can go in and view your car's misfire history. That'll show you which exact cylinder has been misfiring, and maybe from there show you what's wrong. My mechanic did the same to mine, and it ended up being a bad wire, even though it was right at brand new, just happened to be bad from the company.
