    with my mods, what would be the best cam not to throw codes or have tuning done. I searched and found this one. 212/218

    That cam will definately throw a light if let idle for an extended period. You might want to investigate the ZZP VS cam.. It typically will NOT set a light.

      keep the total lift below .500 if u have stock heads. if u have ported & polished heads, max lift will depend on what they were flow tested at. the ZZP Vs cam is good for stock heads, and the HL cam is good for aftermarket heads. the duration you're looking at will need a larger lobe separation so that the pressurized charge air stays on the cylinders to make max power. since ur running low boost at 6 psi, I say go w/ 115 ls, maybe 114 if u want a high rpm powerband, 210/216 or smaller duration, and lift depending on ur heads.
