98 ls1's have different tanks than 99+ but all use a common main feed line, and rails, no f-car ls1's have a return line with a LS1 motor installed.

So the 98 LS1 regulator is in the tank as well?
Also...
I noticed the LS1 has two feed lines, but only one goes to the rail.
