i use to run the maft+ onm y stock ignition. i'll look for the wire again.. i'll shoot you an email today.

John, I've been out of town for the last few days, just sent a reply to your email before I found this post.
Somebody else on the board, I think it was slacker tried the TRC unit and it did not work. I'm using the boost retard feature hooked up to a MAP sensor. It's retarding the timing using the same wire from the PCM to the ICM that the MAFT+ uses. I believe it is the white wire. That's the one called ignition control. The other candidates are 3x and 18x references... Probably not those.
The white wire was mentioned in the link a couple posts up too. It was for a gtp I believe, but the icm layout is probably the same.
I'm going to give the trc-1 a try, since I already special ordered it. (it was half the price of the maft+...)
