Hi my car has been knocking like hell i belived that the wrist pin had come out and the piston was just slapping the cylinder wall. So i take it to a mechanic today, he is the guy who built the engine recommended and he is saying it sound like the oil pump or balancer.Now this is not like a light tap it sounds like a spun bearing and the knock is always there .
