  • Stock rockers...roller tip?

I thought the stock 3.8's were just stamped rockers with no roller but little g said the ones on his new motor had a roller on them...just wondering what the deal is.

    Thanks
    Bill

yes they are roller tip rockers. Not full rollers like the harland sharp that intense sells or comp pro magnums that ZZP sells.

Series 2 3800 rockers have a roller fulcrum, but no roller tip. I assume they are cast(not sure what metal) with the fulcrum pressed in.

As RedFrk13 said, they have roller fulcrums but are not roller tipped.

yup, roller fulcrum not the tip. They really arent that bad for strock nor are our stock roller lifters, all in all i would say we got a pretty nice valvetrain fromt the factory.
