which cam kit should I get

theres is 3 kits available at FTPP site and I was wondering which would be best? and which cam with it? if I would get the complete kit how much hp could I expect?

Unless I knew exactly what parts come with those kits, I wouldn't get any of them. For example, how stiff are the valvesprings it comes with? Which lifters?

And you can't just chose a cam based on how much hp it will give you. There's been a few threads about 3.4 cams lately, I'd try reading through those to get an idea.
