Points noted, and I agree our website is lacking. I am making that a point in the next few days to update some of it. And water pumps..it's a Meziere water pump, they've been around for a while, and again, we sell them. They got Casper's plug to adapt it and make it more user friendly. None of their own products there either.

We also offer offset ground strokers, for 3.8L and LS1's (heck Honda's if they wanted it too). It's not new technology, we just do not prefer it as a way to make power. New roller rockers from Comp: You said it, Comp is making them, ZZP is putting them on their site.

After having a local shop work on my heads some, we have been talking to them about getting them available. One problem is cores which I have never liked dealing with (our main LS1 head supplier is an outright program). It is already available. Sunset Racecraft is their name, and if you look in any hotrod magazine, you'll find their work. If anybody wants them to do their heads, I can arrange it at a good price. Up until the last few weeks there hasn't been any tuning available to really enable this sort of modding (Thanks Keith!).

My point is, if you look at most of "their" products, they are someone else's. Even their valve seals for added clearance are off the shelf Felpro's available at any parts store. You could modify your retainers for more clearance at home with ease, etc. Sorry to vent and hijack this thread, but alot of people are having the wool pulled over their eyes.

When yall dont offer it on your site how do I know you carry it. Also a ls1 meziere wont just bolt up. ZZP is the first to come out with it (more or less the adapter that makes it fit).

I didnt say they invented everything, someone had to do the r&d to find out what works on our cars IE comp918's who would of known that they would work untill someone did it. ZZP and Intense have found stuff that works on our cars even if they dont make it they spent the money to find out. Ohh and I hope im buying comp springs I dont think I would have faith in a no name spring lol.

They are the ones to find what will work on our cars, they spent the time making sure it works and then they sold it.

And like I said how am I supposed to know what yall can do when you have never said or posted it anywhere.

Im not arguing and hope you dont take my comments the wrong way. Just bringing points up.

I know the LS1 pump won't fit, but the part for the 3.8L will:) It needs no adapter to fit either, Meziere made it a year or so ago if I recall. And pretty much all of this has been known to work on our cars for a good while, ZZP and Intense didn't do the testing...people on this site and others did.

Thanks for the constructive critisism. I will make extra effort to get alot more parts on the site very soon! And no offense taken, this is the best part of these boards!

Hehe Yup TSP is BAD about not letting people know the extent of their services. Every time I walk in there I learn about something else they offer. 2 things that will help your business matt.

          1. Put some friggin part summeries on your website you lazy english class hating bastages lol. Some people don't mind calling you and asking you what a part does exactly but others disliking talking to people directly (think of all the people that come on here and ask specifics on ZZP products instead of talking directly to ZZP).

          2. Add a services section to your website to list what your shop can do for its customers. I know most of what your shop can do but only because I can walk in there and talk to you guys anytime I want. People just hearing about you only think your a part shop because thats all you advertise (except for tuning now) - if you already have a services section tell me to shut it cuz I can't open your website at the moment to look.

oh and keep your showroom open later then.. what does it say? 11? ;)

Matt, if you find some time in the future, I might be interested in a heads/cam packadge. I have a spare top end and was thinking about getting it done. It was put on hold for a while, but I might be interested if the price is right. So post some of that on the website when you get a chance. Thanks and I appreciate all your work!!

Does anyone want to address the fact that ZZP didn't "come out" with the GT2 cam. CamaroZach had this cam custom from COMP, and I talked to him a lot about it, and then I ordered it.

ZZP simply copied the idea from Zach and Keith. Its just plain obvious, no credit given. They would have never come up with using a 4X4 cam, and even if they did, why would it be a 216 duration, just like Zach's? Coincidence? Hell no. Plagurism. :D .

Lets just change the Lobe Seperation by 1... hehe they'll never know.

Since inception ZZP has developed more mods for the L36 than nearly every other vendor out there combined. It becomes apparent when viewing that GPs (our main market) are faster than their F body counterparts. We are very dedicated to the L36 market and continue to lead the way in product development.

We have used the 4x4 lobes longer than most anyone. We use them in our VS, GT and GT2 cams. When comp first introduced Series II 3800 cams we jumpd on the 4x4 lobes after testing them with excellent results. You can ask your very own Magnus who argued with us CONSTANTLY about it. Telling us that we were making a huge mistake and those lobes were ramped too agressively for our application. I can probably dig up some old IMs i you don't believe that. Camaro Zach's cam had a different LSA, different IC, and different advance.

ZZPerformance has no problem sponsoring this site. Whomever is in charge of that needs to merely Email me Zooomer@aol.com to set it up.

zoomer please sponsor the site.. that would make me happy..

I have ordered stuff from both zzp and tsp.. I love both sites to be honest! tsp has great coustomer service and prices (I ordered coated pacesetters and a fuel pump from them).. zzp has all the little parts (tb spacer, sims, rocker arms, valve cover breather, ect) i need to really make my setups work and they also have great customer service..

i have been more then happy with both shops!
