aeromotive fuel controller?

does anyone have one of these? if so, is it good for top end (or anywhere in the rpm band)? is it hard to install? is it overall worth the money? i know a guy who recommends them to everyone he knows that wants more power, and he swears up and down that they do make power. any feedback on one installed on a 3.8 would be greatly appreciated. thanks alot

noone has any clue about these things and their affect on the 3.8 performance?? ill probably end up getting it anyways...
