  • 3.4L injector questions

Well, I have been having problems with my car not wanting to start and we have been weeding out the possibilities of what is wrong. Simply it just isn't getting fuel at ignition.

Basically we are down to thinking it is the fuel injectors, which is very plausible.

    A few questions..

    1) Should I get OEM or upgrade them to better aftermarket injectors?
    2) Should I get bigger injectors (22lb, instead of 17lb) if I am runnin NA with basically just intake and exhaust mods
    3) Is there a way I can find out just the injector having the problem, or will I really need to replace them all?
    4) Where is a good place to go get new injectors and whats the best price? I know it is going to hurt me in the pocket a little.. :(

    Thanks,
    Scott

without internal motor mods, buying aftermarket injectors is a waste

going bigger without needing extra fuel is pointless and especially with no way of tuning the motor for the larger injectors

you could have the injectors flow tested

im honestly not sure where would be the best place to buy some , although i have a set of stock 3.4L injectors that need new o rings (i have no idea about how the history of these, other than that they were on a motor that had a blown head gasket with under 100,000 miles and they have sat for about 2 years with no attention)
