  • Seppo is the man KR is gone

I was having really bad KR after the Heads and Cam and 3800 stall. Then i remembered seppo writeing up something about having the same problem and he fixed it with resistors well. I did it this weekend i put some 100K 1/2 Watt ressitors inline from the cm with the KR Sensors and what do u know my 12-14.9 degrees of KR is now gone and feels like i gain 50 hp. I wish there were more mods for only .99c that can give the gain i felt from doing this.

"cm" is likely computer module. most of the time people call it the "pcm".

i would guess "nr" to be knock retard, the silent k in english is just plain strange.

Ok, but to get it on a topic...

Will your KR sensor still sense?
Meaning that if you do get ping or knock or whatever, will you get some retard?

Err so I have a question.

Basically, you put the resistors in and the computer doesn't READ the knocking- but the engine is still knocking?

Is this all this does? Would seem so, please clarify.

my knock is false it is knocking in the computer without real knock. They are over sensitive so i desensitzed them like a condom
