After working out a few bugs geting the cam swap to do what it was supposed to (make more power...) I took it to the track Saturday after the Houston Thirdgen F-body Gathering. I ran at the 1/8th mile because it is closest to my place (and the park where we had the meet).
    60ft 2.1685
    330ft 6.4104
    1/8ET 10.0421
    1/8SD 67.23 MPH

Not a bad run at all considering I couldn't get a good launch with the crappy tires and open rear. This cam knocked 6 TENTHS off of my ET, with little to no tuning. Previous best was a 10.65 at 64mph. I'd bet with some minor tuning and lower air pressure in the tires (ran at 35 psi...), I could break 9's no problem. The track calculator told me I ran a calculated 15.665, that's much faster than before. Baja beast cam is a good mod, AFTER you adjust the timng properly... I wonder if the timeslips submission area accepts 1/8th mile slips, that would put me in the top 5 NA 3.4L.
MODS:<br />3.4,Crower cam, K-motion valvesprings, Heddman Longtubes, BBK AFPR, Accel Coil, 36mm/23mm Sways, Boxed LCAs/Panhard bar, Mutant Nitrous wet kit, Mr. Gasket Cutout, 10.02 1/8 mile at 67.2 mph UNTUNNED no spray

Hey, just wondering what kina gas milage you get with that in there. I am too poor to get anything that is going to break me on gas.
