  • Need help on picking cam specs

Well I need help on figuring out some really good cam specs for my car.I will be rebuilding my engine soon and need some help. Im porting and polishing my heads with a 3 angle valve job , Porting and polishing my upper and lower intakes ,1.6 gold series roller rockers , high energy pushrods , port and polishing my throttle body , adjustable fuel regulator with a new standard flowing oil pump and im pretty sure thats it .

I want a cam with 212/218 duration. I want a cam that is choppy and powerful though out all the RPMs. What would a good LSA be for this cam? (110 or possibley 112 LSA) ?? Also I need help finding a really good lift for this cam . thanks
This is for an N/A car as for now .
