    im intaslling my rocker and i read all threw my haynes book and its says nothing and i know when you tighten rocker each one has to be on the top dead center so anyone know how to find it thanks

    I really don't think it matters if it's exactly at TDC or not. Anywhere on the compression or combustion stroke should be fine, as both the intake and exhaust valves are at 0 lift.

      tighten the intakes when the exhaust valve barely opens and tighten the exhaust rockers when the intake is just about to close....
