Depends on what you mean by itself. If you mean after you have done every other supporting mod, then yes. If you've got a mostly stock car with only minor mods, then no it's not a good upgrade.
Judging by your other posts, it sounds like you don't even have intake/exhaust done yet. If that's the case, you've got a long way to go before you even need to consider a cam.Matt

yeah thats what i figured. i was just kinda curious as to what is all involved in upgrading ya know cams and roller rockers pushrods and all that sort of thing.
i have pretty high miles on my car and its only a 99. guy drove it highway everyday. so eventually im sure ill wanna rebuild it and put in higher performance parts
just with going to college and all i dont have all the money to do muchComment
