I downloaded it and played with it a bit way better than 1.3.

I'd like to see things like
"what size are your stock injectors, what size are they now" similar to the tire/gear ratio part.

Make it even eaiser for the "non-tuner" to be able to tune, possibly a way to have the editor read a scanner log? And be able to adjust from that? Although complex that would make it so anyone buying the software could do a "basic" tune without having to edit a complex table. Don't know if thats possible or what liabilities that would place on HPTuners, but just a thought.

you really cant do that.. unless they were to buy and test ever mod avaiable in every combo.. its would never happen.. even then every car is different.. what works for one probably isent ideal for the other..

neat idea.. but not practical.. get your mods.. get to a dyno..

or.. wuss out and buy a hypertech..

Yes, but they make the software for specific vehicles, IF they know its a V6 3800 that has "stock" 22# injectors I don't see where a "reasonable" compensation couldn't be made across the board for 24# or 30#? The only thing I can think of is if multiple different brands of the same size injector have different flow rates and operate at different voltages which I believe is where the problem is.

I have no problem with tuning it with the tables, I can learn to thats no problem, but I know a lot more people may buy the software if it was a "point and click" type tune.

I've got my mods and I'm going to tune it just fine I'm just throwing out Ideas, I don't see why someone would waste 300 on a hypertech when they can get HPTuner software for 200 more.

There is an injector constant in the pcm, but I'm not sure where or how you get to it with hptuners.
