You guys should get flow numbers from your heads before you select a cam. I sold Southern94 his cam, but when I put his cam specs in Desktop Dyno with my flow numbers, it wasn't the best performing cam for my application. I am sure that his will perform fine for his numbers though. I chose to go with a Lunati custom grind cam...specs are:
        228/228 Duration @.050
.496/.496 Lift at valve w/1.6 Rockers
        110* LSA

This one produced the best power out of all of the cams which was 271BHP @ 6500 RPM. (it's a M5).

I think I'm just gonna go w/ that jegs cam until I save up enough money to get my heads P&P'd and then I'll find a better one.

That wouldn't be a bad idea considering that the stock cam sucks. If you want some more ideas on cams, lemme know and we can figure out others. What is the price of the Jegs cam?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the Lunati cam has too much duration and while it will achieve more peak hp it will lack the average hp or area under the curve until 6000RPM. Unless you're planning to rev your engine to about 7000RPM. What do you think?

Change in numbers...I had the Lunati entered as a solid cam instead of a hydraulic cam in the dyno program. Now I am at 257BHP @ 6000 RPM. Going by the chart and table, there will be plenty of power throughout the power range.

How much horsepower increase can one expect from a 3.4L if a cam is installed?

lmk as it might be sumthing I'd do

I know what Im talking about. but its not like u can just put that stuff on and expect it to do miracles, there is tuning, and u have to ahve all the complementary mods, I have seen this done with a SMALL cam, almost stock like, if he had a decent cam he would have made even more then 100 gain.
